Me and my boys...

Mommy, Ryan and Dylan

I had to sepia the photo to block out the mess of colors that we were after coloring eggs.

I love you Ryan!

Hot Dog, Hot Dog, Hot Diggity Dog

After months and months of slacking, I have finally put some frames on the internet. Whohoo! My frames are listed on Etsy.com, which is a site similar to eBay but it only sells handmade items and there is no bidding. I am very excited to see how it goes. Sales from this will determine what else is offered and whether I should do a shopping cart on my main site. I am also getting set up to sell product at a couple of the local Farmer's Markets. Finally something.

Feel free to check out my main website (which is still pretty boring): http://www.sowhatscrappin.com/

You can look at my Etsy store by clicking the small pictures on the right hand side of the blog or go to http://www.sowhatscrappin.etsy.com/

Sarah Sue and Ryan Loo walked to the zoo...

Ok, Ok... We did NOT walk to the Zoo.

Ryan's 1st Grade Class went on a field trip this past Friday to the movie theater to watch HORTON HEARS A WHO!

Sounds like fun, huh? Yeah... try walking 1.5 miles first with a bunch of kiddos who have jumping beans in their pants.

Plus another mom and I played crossing guard - run to the street and block it... wait for all the kids to get on the other side... run to catch up... run to the next street... and keep going! I think we crossed 9 or 10 times, 3 being major intersections. I was so sweating by the time we got there and running around flapping my arms DID NOT help!

So, guess who took a nap during the movie... YEP! Me. I was so pooped out. Then we had to walk back and do it all again.

By the way, the movie was funny, well, the parts I saw anyways.

Braces Update...

Click picture to see larger!

So I have had the braces on for 11 weeks. It is amazing how fast teeth can move with a little pressure. The 4 middle bottom teeth used to be zigzag-y and now they are straight. My top front teeth have moved so much also but still have alot to go. I had 4 teeth pulled two weeks ago which was not all that fun. But all is much better. I go to the orthodondist next week to get the wires put across all the teeth. Right now they are only on the front teeth - no molars.

I want to give a great big THANK YOU to the orthodontist - David Cheung - and his staff. Everyone there is so sweet and sensitive. I couldn't have gotten any luckier.

I'll post again when there is more change...maybe in another 3 months (by that time I will only have 24 months to go).
